Yeah. It's cool. I don't ride them in the summer but it keeps me motivated all winter. You can track your stats and race against your former times. It gives me a little push. I'm always trying to beat my former records. I couldn't just sit and ride a stationary bike. I need to make a game out of it.

Nice. I'd totally do that if I lived somewhere other than here. No way I could take that much time off.

I use Strava for the same motivation (competing against my best times and other people's best times over the same roads). Every little bit helps. Whatever keeps you active.

My problem is I work 40 hours in 3 days. I have plenty of time off but very little time off during my work week so I try to squeeze in a half hour or so which comes at the expense of sleep but otherwise I'm completely sedentary from Sunday to Wednesday. The expresso bikes help me follow through with it. It's so much easier to just drive home and go to bed after working 16 hours though.

I hear that. I did a stretch where I worked a full time job along with a part time job for a few years. Trying to have any "routine" for the gym or anything else was impossible. At least you're getting in that half hour when you can. That's a lot more than most people can say.

Been a slow start to 2015. Two months in and I'm almost 300 miles behind where I'd normally like to be.

At least you can ride. I'm stuck on a stationary bike in a gym full of fat girls in yoga pants and tank tops.

Yeah. The gym always sucks the first three months of any new year. After that, most people fade away.

At least you'll be in some kind of shape when Spring finally arrives. Every little bit helps.

The Mt. Baldy stage of the Tour of California just finished, now I feel homesick! :(

I grew up under that mountain, and I rode and drove those mountain roads many a times. Many great memories there.

    Nice!

I'll ride up that mountain one day. It's on the list.

It's halftime of 2015 and my work schedule has been wreaking havoc with my riding. I've got some ground to make up between now and the end of the year.
