Here is for the people who still like to use nice pens.
Im an engraver - there is NOTHING like engraving one of those puppies....
I only use blue ink.
Also never wear black clothes.
Great thread!! Here is my favorite pen...don't know how I've managed to hold on to it for 7ish years. It's a beauty Greta Garbo LE
used to like writing with fountain pens
tru story brahs
Don't know how to post pics, but I use a Lamy demonstrator fountain pen every day. Still haven't figured out how to load it without inking my fingertips.
I prefer chiseling into stone tablets. It's much more permanent.
Any quill users here?
Kinski likes pens, he goes to pen collector conventions and spends money he doesn't have on expensive pens.
i would love to have a fine pen, but i am too absent minded
She is a beauty but did you really spend over $1,000 for it??? WOW!
I'm envious. I sometimes draw in miniature and admire those who can pay such fine attention to detail.
MedicineMan likes to use seasoned oak to send smoke signals. Is that the same thing???
I make custom wood pens on a lathe. They're fun to make and you can get real inventive with them too.
I used to use calligraphy pens often. Not the kind with the ink barrels but those you had to dip in the ink well. Such a fine line!
If you like to draw, pick up a set of Rapidographs. The fine lines you can achieve through them are wonderful. The ink on the page is unfeathered too which is important.
I have a pen fetish and I love Watermans in particular.
I would post my most coveted pattern, but I'm afraid some of you more moneyed people on here would snatch it up if I one ever came up on the market. I'll keep that to myself.
