How much does it cost per year to maintain your pool?
Me? About two thousand
Lots of variables. Size, climate, type of filter, how much the kids piss in it. All that.
Opening cost about $300
Closing $250 or so depending on what you want done.
Chemicals From beginning of spring until october over a grand
Gas and Electric if you have a heater, who da fuck knows but it adds up
Mine stays open year round so no closing/opening costs. I spend an average of 18 bucks per month on liquid chlorine and tabs.
It was here when we bought the house so I don't know how much extra I am paying in electric for the filter.
Pool pump can easily cost a ton in electric costs ... get a variable speed pump if you don't have one already.
About $35k per year. I'm rich and my pool is huge.
Ok just wondering.
Looking at a house that has a pool.
I know a pool guy so I might could get a discount on some stuff.
Well, I don't have a pool at the moment, but thanks for the advice.
Couple of good YouTube channels
75. per month includes chlorine, cleaning filter, scrubbing the edges, skimming, vacuuming the bottom etc. If I could change it, I'd rather not have a pool.. too much of a pain in the ass.
Why do Mexicans wear their shirts when they go swimming?
As long as you put a few man hours per month vacuuming and skimming, it really shouldn't cost all that much to keep it clear.
do you have a sister?
