I used to make pico de gallo.
Haven't done it in years, but it was good.
This guy kind of blew my mind not removing the pith from the jalapeno
I couldn't tell you if it's authentic or not but his knife skills are cringe worthy.

I just grabbed some roma tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, lime and a couple peppers and hope for the best.
