Reviews are so mixed for the popular green pans and red copper pans. I'm looking to upgrade my cookware. Recommendations?

I'd rather not spend all day in the kitchen you woman. I want a pan that don't have to grease, which I'm sure is a hobby that you're quite fond of... I'll bet your butthole hangs down around your ankles...

I don't own any non stick pans. Threw them all out years ago. You don't need one. I have all stainless steel. As long as you let them heat a bit first, then add some kind of oil, nothing really sticks. Once in a while someone doesn't heat the pan enough first and scrambled eggs are a pain, but that hardly ever happens here anymore.

I agree with Hsdramaqueen. You dont need a nonstick pan, you just have to learn to cook with a good pan, like she said.
