    G'day!

Today has been decent for me. Went to work, did some chores, watched my niece for a bit, rolled my eyes at my Johnny Come Lately Fairweather Fan in-laws pretending to care about sports, and created two of these lovelies...

    On Tonight's Menu:

Buffalo Chicken Pizza - Marinaded, Grilled Chicken Breast in a Homemade Buffalo Sauce, with a Store Bought Bleu Cheese Dressing "White Sauce", Onions, Shallots, Monterrey Jack Cheese, on a Homemade Crust...

...and a song that I was saddened to hear on a commercial today because its from a band that I've loved for well over a decade. I know the music business has changed, but sometimes when you love a band or a song, you feel like it belongs to you. I know its a quaint and silly notion, but I can't help it. Maybe you've heard this song in a commercial and wondered who it was. Now that I'm posting it, perhaps someone will be compelled to listen to more of their stuff and buy some of their mp3s. I'm dropping the selfish posturing and presenting to you the band Air with the song "Alone In Kyoto":

Talk about your food and your music.

I hope all is well. Someone sent me some really good karma today completely out of the blue. It warmed my heart and made my day. I'll take those good feeling and send it your way too. I appreciate the joy people like you bring to me in this sometimes ugly world. :toptip:

    Thank you, yam. :)

Very much so. I think MIL would be happy if I was out of the picture. I'm not a bad wife, but she wants to dominate her children and control them with guilt and restriction.

The sauce is based in Frank's Red Hot. I would never dream of using anything else for a Buffalo-style anything. ;)

That's the only way to go :woot:

    You got a pizza stone?

Lactose intolerance can frequently be an enzyme deficiency or bacterial imbalance

    Both often easily correctable

See a nutritionist = eat pizza

Good Saturday evening to ya all. It's raining here, my tootsies are cold. I thought you all should know.
Also, I am having a McDonald's grilled chicken sandwich, no bacon, no mayo, but with swiss cheese. A small fries and a diet coke. This is also important information to share. ;) Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

I had two, plain Boca burger patties with nothin else for a late lunch.

I'm guessing that's what food will be like in the post apocalyptic future.

    Blah :belch:

If I were to let someone sever my head and place it on their mantle, it would be you, Phil. ;)

Thank you for saying so. I think she loves me, but I think she loves the idea of having both of her adult children under her roof so she can control them with guilt even more. :)

I made two. One for me, one for Sweetie.

    :jj: Thank you, IB. :toptip:
