G'day! Today has been decent for me. Went to work, did some chores, watched my niece for a bit, rolled my eyes at my Johnny Come Lately Fairweather Fan in-laws pretending to care about sports, and created two of these lovelies... On Tonight's Menu: Buffalo Chicken Pizza - Marinaded, Grilled Chicken Breast in a Homemade Buffalo Sauce, with a Store Bought Bleu Cheese Dressing "White Sauce", Onions, Shallots, Monterrey Jack Cheese, on a Homemade Crust... ...and a song that I was saddened to hear on a commercial today because its from a band that I've loved for well over a decade. I know the music business has changed, but sometimes when you love a band or a song, you feel like it belongs to you. I know its a quaint and silly notion, but I can't help it. Maybe you've heard this song in a commercial and wondered who it was. Now that I'm posting it, perhaps someone will be compelled to listen to more of their stuff and buy some of their mp3s. I'm dropping the selfish posturing and presenting to you the band Air with the song "Alone In Kyoto": Talk about your food and your music. I hope all is well. Someone sent me some really good karma today completely out of the blue. It warmed my heart and made my day. I'll take those good feeling and send it your way too. I appreciate the joy people like you bring to me in this sometimes ugly world.
