So my gf's daughter has been playing the game for the past few days now. She wanders in the yard looking for Pokémon, and when we go places she's on the phone doing whatever it is in the game that you're supposed to do. I don't know anything about this game other than it looks like it was made to get you out and you must be moving around while playing the game and hunting for the creatures in it.
    So my question is this:
I wonder what Nintendo is going to do to help people who can't leave the house play Pokémon Go.
Like it seems unfair if you're a kid who's unable to walk and bed ridden but loves Pokémon and wants to play. Youd be unable to do anything in the game. She's saying if you're in the house and not moving they will not come to you.

@Chriza was saying he caught 3 of them in his apartment. He would never lie to us.

A Wyoming teen playing “Pokemon Go” discovered a body in a river Friday morning.

According to the Riverton Ranger, the man was found in the Wind River near Riverton at around 8:40 a.m. No foul play is suspected.

Shayla Wiggens, 19, discovered the body under a bridge on highway 789 while playing “Pokemon Go.” The new mobile app uses GPS to direct players to real-world locations to capture Pokemon or obtain items.

Wiggens was in the B&K Trailer Park where she lives with her mother when the game directed her to the bridge where it said there were resources. She told the paper she was scouting the area to make sure no one else was around when she found the body face down in the water.

Riverton Undersheriff Ryan Lee said the death appears to be accidental. He said it appeared the man went into the water at the same location where he was found.

“It’s still water right there,” Lee said. “There’s not much current.”

The man’s identity wasn’t immediately released.

My daughter and her friends all met at the zoo the other day...they were there for hours and hours playing it. Another group of kids they didn't know who were there playing it, joined them...they are all obsessed with it.

    http://gizmodo.com/armed-robbers-used-pokemon-go-to-find-9-victims-1783416898

The new augmented reality game Pokemon Go has gotten people off the couch and into the real world. But police in O’Fallon, Missouri say that four men have used the game to find players at a specific location, and robbed them using a handgun.

About eight or nine people have been robbed by four men over the past couple of days, a spokesperson from the O’Fallon Police Department told Gizmodo over the phone. The latest robbery occurred Sunday morning at around 2am by the men in a black BMW before they were finally apprehended by police.

The suspects used the Pokemon Go game to find their victims by anticipating where people might go through popular PokeStops—virtual sites in the game that can be designated at any real word location, from businesses to parking lots to churches.

The four men who were apprehended all range in age from 16 to 18. Their names and what they stole from their victims have not been released.

The O’Fallon Police Department advises that if you’re going to let your kids play Pokemon Go, make sure you keep an eye on where they’re hanging out.

Lol we've been driving her everywhere so she can visit certain special areas where you win prizes in the game. The post office, the church, supermarket, elementary school all show up in the game as some kind of prize factory thing. Last night we walked up and down my street looking for some kind of ghost character that showed up on the map.

Luckily she's very active kid already. And her mother is limiting her time on the game. Some parents don't seem to know how to do that. My cousins kids just sit around all damn day on their tablets. And you know what they watch? YouTube videos of other people playing video games. It's ponderous.

Ya my kids watch that shit to and I hated it but it was put prospective for me like this. Tell me what you think:

Video games is now considered a sport. Kids don't watch TV anymore they watch youtube. So how is them watching people play games any different than you or I watching a football game?

At first I want like... :pie:
    But now I'm like... :bigthink
