Conservative author Ann Coulter is such a fervent supporter of Donald Trump that she wrote a book, released this week, called "In Trump We Trust."

In the book, she wrote that there was only one thing the Republican nominee could do that would be unforgivable. And he already did it this week.

"There's nothing Trump can do that won't be forgiven," Coulter wrote. "Except change his immigration policies."

Over the past several days, Trump has moved to significantly moderate his hard-line immigration policies.

He has seemed to have abandoned his calls to deport the 11 million immigrants who are living in the US illegally, now suggesting that he wants to be "fair but firm" regarding illegal immigration. And though Trump said this week that he wouldn't support a path to citizenship, he did propose "back taxing" some of the millions of immigrants living in the US without permission, a step that would require some form of legalization.

I watched the first hour of the Trump Hannity Town Hall.

He did say it would be very hard, but he kept repeating "we have to follow the law".

He didn't walk back anything, in what I saw/heard.

"We're going to keep the families together, we have to keep the families together, but they have to go"

    On 60 Minutes

Scott Pelley: Let's assume your wall has gone up.

    Donald Trump: Good.

Scott Pelley: Eleven, 12 million illegal immigrants--

Donald Trump: Or whatever the number is.

Scott Pelley: Still in the country, what do you do?

Donald Trump: If they've done well they're going out and they're coming back in legally. Because you said it----

Scott Pelley: You're rounding them all up?

Donald Trump: We're rounding 'em up in a very humane way, in a very nice way. And they're going to be happy because they want to be legalized. And, by the way, I know it doesn't sound nice. But not everything is nice.

Scott Pelley: It doesn't sound practical.

Donald Trump: It is practical. It's going to work. They have to come here legally. And you know, when I talk about the wall, and I said it before, we're going to have a tremendous, beautiful, wide-open door. Nice, big door. We want people to come into the country.

Scott Pelley: You know, the problem with a lot of these ideas is that the president of the United States is not the CEO of America.

    Donald Trump: That's right.

I love how he says they will pay back taxes, when in fact, it's likely any income they earned with result in huge tax refunds since they are going to be in the lowest of the lowest tax bracket

How is any of this a walk-back?

Sounds like what he's always said to me--they have to leave, and will get the chance to come back as legals (which I support--I want us to keep the good ones who work hard and contribute).

Keep your chin up, the centerpiece of his entire campaign just turned into Jeb Bush's

. "What we need to do is allow people to earn legal status where they pay a fine, where they work, where they don't commit crimes, where they learn English, and over an extended period of time, they earn legal status. That's the path -- a proper path," Bush said at the Nov. 2015 Fox Business debate. But here is how Trump responded to someone like Bush during the primary season: "The weakest person on this stage by far on illegal immigration is Jeb Bush. They come out of an act of love, whether you like it or not. He is so weak on illegal immigration it's laughable, and everybody knows it," Trump said at a Feb. 2016 debate in South Carolina.

It's Going to be a fantastic well enjoyed tremendous WELCOME TO USA Reward Windfall...
    3 kids 5 years...Hello $30,000

That's a better plan than under Obama.

EIC phases in slowly, has a medium-length plateau, and then phases out more slowly than it was phased in. Since the credit phases out at 21% (more than one qualifying child) or 16% (one qualifying child), it is always preferable to have one more dollar of actual salary or wages (although technically, since the EIC table moves by fifty-dollar increments, it is always preferable to have an extra fifty-dollar increment of salary or wages) considering the EITC alone. (If EITC is combined with multiple other means-tested programs such as Medicaid or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, it is possible that the marginal tax rate approaches or exceeds 100% in rare circumstances depending on the state of residence; conversely, under certain circumstances, net income can rise faster than the increase in wages because the EITC phases in.[2])

For tax year 2013, the maximum EITC benefit for a single person or couple filing without qualifying children is $487. The maximum EITC with one qualifying child is $3,250, with two children, it is $5,372, and with three or more qualifying children, it is $6,044.[3][4][5] These amounts are indexed annually for inflation. On December 4, 2014, The Atlantic reported that the EITC will reduce revenue to the federal government by about $70 billion in 2015.[6]
