Hi all!! I put an offer in for a house, and had it inspected. There were 2 issues with the house, the first issue the seller is taking care of 100%, the second is that there is possible foundation issues with the house. Basically in a corner of the house basement there are cracks, two that run horizontal and one that is hairline but goes like steps through the bricks. My inspector said it is a possible issue, but that it could mean something big or nothing at all (I would have to be a licensed inspector to check it out). There are no signs of flooding. Would you run??? The house is very well kept, clean, no odors, but also old. What is worst case if foundation is bad? What is best case?
