now that we are in a apt. for 5 months while we look for a house I bought a Char-Broil electric infrared grill
so far I made steaks,hot dogs and hamburgers.i use it out on the balcony.
Mine was WAY better than that, bro.
I just bought a new Weber and wanted to try it out, but she dropped $40 on 2 dry aged steaks and wasn't having any of that Weber.
Out came the cast iron and in the oven it went
