In honor of Slash's interview.....
Firing on all 8 cylinders
Best live performance ever (God they were great)
Live at the Ritz - full broadcast
I got to see them a few times in 88-89 and it was hit and miss. But when they hit they were fuckin' great. But I had no use for them after Adler was fired. Sorum has as much feel on the drums as a robot. I've never seen a band lose the plot as quickly as these guys did. They could've been that generation's Aerosmith or Stones. We got Chinese Democracy instead.
Mine is when ur mom smoked method listening to Mr brownstone when u were in her womb faggot
How have you been ? Haven't seen you in a while.
Says the douche with "fag" as a user name and a whopping 46 "likes", who resorts to tired mom jokes to be a message board badass.
First time you've ever posted something interesting.
Why not put something NEW by Slash instead of songs we have all heard thousands of times. Good ol Howie..asking Slash about those G N R days...again. Slash should have told him to read his book...which I did, and it was great. Slash has 3 solo CD's now..and I am sure Howie hasn't listened to any of them. Oh well...I am sure he used his "great" interviewing skills when he asked Slash...."so I love that song Paradise City...great, great song man..everybody needs to go out and get Appetite for Destruction tape..you can find it at your local Tower Records store"
Well...in honor of Howie living in the past...here is one of my favs from Slash
One badass jam right here:
Slash's Snakepit was the bet thing he did outside of GnR. The first 2 solo albums were good but I'm not feeling this new one at all. Every song (17 songs? Use your Illusion part 3?) starts out showing some promise but there's something lacking.
Izzy really was the heart of that band as far as songwriting goes. Slash is a guy who plays solos and wears funny hats.
Was just listening to Lies on the way home from work
I remember this guy, lmao @ solo
Sorum is a rock solid drummer but man did he take the cool out of Adler's drumming on that song
Adler was so original, too bad he was a fuck up
