    This will help the peccorino romano cheese adhere to the pasta

    Yes. This is a pro wop tip for making pastas...especially with cheese. Always hold back some of the pasta water.

    I dint even need to copy and paste one for you

    Cook thin pasta until all dente, pour onto plate with about 1/3 a cup of the hot pasta water

    Grate peccorino Romano on top (lots) add cracked peppercorn

    Toss...serve

    I need to find some good Italian food.

    It is literally my least favorite food ever.

    I love pho, sushi, tikka masala and korma. I love all seafood and steak. I love udon and ramen and spam. I love okonomiyaki. I love vegemite and marmite and pasties and ropa viejo.

    But pasta is so bland.

    I want to try the good stuff. Have not found a game changer yet.

    Here's another tip to help you remember to save some of the cooking water: before you even start the water boiling, set a measuring cup in the colander.
