HE DIN DO NUFFIN
There were 5 other criminals? I wondered how one person could subdue all of them.
You nanny states just keep banning guns so you can be sitting ducks.
There is evidence they tortured the 10 year old kid. You could subdue two parents when your torturing the kid.
There was probably at least one other person.
This makes me so mad when I think about all the fuss made over Michael Brown, or the loose cigerettes guy or scumbag in Baltimore. This guy, with a criminal record, would be a saint if the police hurt him while taking him in.
A couple of shots to the face with this would have solved the problem.
What states "ban" guns?
Yeah it's really weird they had no protection in the house, not even an alarm.
But this guy worked for the company of the father.
I think he got in and surprised them or had the kid straight off and used the kid to leverage the parents into submission.
it takes a special lack of whatever makes good people good to set fire to a young kid
I've known adults that I could see setting fire to --but a little kid seems off limits to me--i'm just a big softie I guess
Maybe not ban but severely limit. I can run right down to my local wal-mart throw a mossberg 12 gauge in my basket along with my groceries
Oh, and i can get a box of double ought buck to go with it

Some people may not put their alarm on until they are ready to go to bed and they may have still been up unfortunately. If they had been in bed with an alarm on these animals are running for the hills.
I hate to say anything that might seem like I'm blaming that poor family - but any person should have a security system.
We have cameras, silent panic buttons in every room, special codes etc and it's not even one of the high end systems.
You dont think criminals can bypass your alarm system? You need to meet a violent criminal with something they understand, a shotgun blast to the face.
who does the panic button call?
2 loaded hand guns, one in the house and one in the car,
which I wear when I get out.
Silent panic buttons in every room? Either you are a multi-millionaire or poor as shit/one of those doomsday preppers.
Security system + camera system with a visible sign that says you have a camera system + a gun... the best security on earth.
I don't disagree about that but I see no harm in having multiple layers of protection.
What are you going to do after pushing the panic button? ask the perp if he wants a glass of tea while you wait on the cops?
We are two women living in a red state and have had some issues in the past.
It was the system recommended to us and it is quite affordable.
I understand how people feel about gun control but you can never allow yourself to become a victim either, every person has a right to defend themselves with deadly force.
