    Go to "Help" Click "Where's My Stuff?" In the left column Click "Fulfilled By Amazon"(if you bought it from them and not another vendor)then click the big yellowish orange button in the right column that says "Contact Us".

    It will be an Indian person. I guarantee it. Their distribution center is less than a mile from my house, but they have really underhanded hiring processes.

    I got a $25 late fee cuz I paid online before they scheduled the next payment on my Amazon store card so I called on the phone and they removed the fee. Of the 30 or so things I ordered in December they sent me 6 of them twice but didn't charge me twice. I haven't called them yet.

    probably gonna be an indian guy named "mitchell" who is sitting waist deep in his own sewage whilst taking your call be he will get it taken care of for ya. i've had to do a return and they were really easy to deal with.

    I have to Disagree.
    We dropship for quite a few Amazon sellers.
    They usually place the order with us Within hours (sometimes minutes) of receiving a paid amazon order.
    The item ships within 1 business day and is delivered within 1-5 Business Days depending on how close to FL the recipient lives(most are 1-4 Business days).
