Inquiring minds need to know. I'd say the influx started late July, picked up in August and September and there are still some coming in this month after realizing that SFN has not only thrown in the towel but most traces of it have quickly been scoured from the web.. Just curious: I know some SFN members hung in til the bitter end cuz The Shed was depicted as a bunch of losers; some stayed because they couldn't take the kind of Stern world reality we regularly dispense here; others just stayed cuz of friends, familiarity and convenience I guess. Well now that all of you have been blasted out of your comfort zones (which is the best way to effect real change), and had a chance to get the lay of the land and participate, whaddya think about us? Are we a fun group? A huge collection of assholes (which can be either good or bad) where you fit right in or feel out of place? Do you find the lively pace, variety and turnover of threads energizing, stimulating or exhausting and overwhelming? Is it a welcome change to speak your mind freely or do you now find yourself biting your tongue as having a minority viewpoint in this environment? Are you sorry you didn't make the move earlier or would you still hustle back there full time if Mutt rose again like Lazarus?
