Rage Against the Machine bassist doesn't believe in the moon landing or ISIS

Tim Commerford of Rage Against The Machine believes in many conspiracy theories including that ISIS doesn't exist.
Maybe all that rage finally caught up to him.

Tim Commerford, most notably the bassist for the rap-metal band Rage Against the Machine, unveiled himself as a believer of conspiracy theories and gave an apology to the world for the creation of Limp Bizkit.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, the musician admits to believing some of the more popular conspiracy theories — and said he even confronted Buzz Aldrin once about the moon landing being fake.

Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin place the American flag on the Moon. This image was captured by the Apollo 11 Data Acquisition Camera that was mounted to the lunar module Eagle.
"I got into it with Buzz Aldrin five years ago at a John Cusack movie premiere,” Commerford told the magazine.

“There were a bunch of people gathered around, and I said, ‘I have a question: You have all these missions to the moon. How come there's no pictures of the flags on the moon?'"

The bassist said Aldrin stumbled for an answer, which Commerford said gave him more confidence that the Apollo landing was bogus.

"He gets all frustrated and says, 'I'm just trying to remember what they told me to say.' That's what he said! Those were his exact words!" Commerford said.

He gave general responses to questions about the upcoming presidential election, but argued that all candidates represent the same system and that there are no tangible differences between them.

But talking foreign policy ignited some of his rage.

"Like, ISIS? I don't believe ISIS is real," Commerford told the magazine.

He claimed that ISIS and its videos depicting executions are elaborate, highly-produced propaganda videos ordered by a global cabal "so we can go drop bombs."

The popularity of Rage Against the Machine in the late 1990s gave way for other bands who attempted a hybrid of rap, rock and metal — popularly labeled as nu metal.

The Rage bassist apologized for giving rise to bands like Limp Bizkit.
As a member of the band who blazed a path for groups like Papa Roach and Limp Bizkit, Commerford said he was regretful.

"I do apologize for Limp Bizkit,” Commerford said.

“I really do. I feel really bad that we inspired such b-----t.”

Who "gets into it" with an 80+ year old man?

Hasn't Rolling Stone been sued out of existence yet for their undocumented rape story?

Don't believe in ISIS? Maybe send this douche on a one-way journey to Raqqa, Syria. I think his beliefs will become quickly altered.

FYI, We did NOT have ANY successful manned mission landings on the Moon.

To do so requires going through the Van Allen radiation belts.
A fatal requirement of space travel.

Award winning filmmaker Bart Sibrel (Sibrel.com) presents his highly acclaimed (and much hated) controversial documentary
showcasing newly discovered behind-the-scenes out-takes from the first mission to the moon, proving that the crew never left earth orbit.

I remember when this dipshit tried to bring down the huge stage piece during the VMA's. The band broke up shortly after that.

That was some funny shit. Thanks, Chibbs. :D

The B-roll of the starving kids in Africa was particularly contrived and ludicrous. ;)
