Number 1 is Elvis (Pacer) in Flaming Star.
Frank Sinatra in pretty much everything
He won an academy award for From Here to Eternity.
I think Cher won one too.
Morris Day's performance in Purple Rain was a tour de force
He did, and she did
Dwight Yokum was great in Slingblade.
Top notch Anthony Kiedis cameo in Point Break
Andre3000 was good in that latest Hendrix biopic. The movie stunk but he was good.
Weird Al - UHF
Did the Hendricks movie come out?
Straight to video.
Christ, I guess there is another one in the works that the Estate has approved, so they can use his music
You could do an entire thread just on all the fun movies Frank Sinatra starred in.
God can we see another Frank in our lifetime? I swear Mia's son Farrow is his, but he's not into acting. Freaking gorgeous though! I could watch and listen to Ol blue eyes all day.
I saw him in Vegas, around 1990-1992, at the Sands or Desert Inn--about 500 people in the room, it was awesome
Diana Ross was actually really good in 'Lady Sings the Blues'
I got to see him in 92 in Ct. He was very old but those eyes! Still twinkled! What do you think about Ronan Farrow? Doesn't he look like Frank?
I think it's possible --
