Out of 10.
Honestly, 5-6/10 no higher, it's been wack since 2009.....
I haven't listened since '15. Last year it was a solid 3. I can't imagine it's any better or worse now.
He's still on the air.......0
<drop the mike><walk off stage>
A solid two. They really miss having someone in the Jackie chair.
1 and thats for hin pushing squatty potty...
I haven't listened since Riley died, what's the point all of the talent is gone. Stern was only as good as the people he put on the air or surrounded himself in studio with.
The amount of replies says it all.
No idea. I haven't heard it.
Shit out of 10
The lack of quality on air talent is killing the show. With him canning HowardTV, destroying the wrap-up show by making it an ass-kiss fest between ra-ra-retard/John the Perv Hein/some D-list celebrity, scaling back on air appearances of Sal/Richard, the death of so many wack-packers (and, of course, the failure to find interesting new additions...Mick the Nerd and Monotone someone, are you freaking kidding me?), JD refusing to discuss much on air and everything being off limit with Robin there is much less "conflict" that drove the show.
Are there any real "fights" any more that aren't scripted (seriously, the Benji being late bull shit was so contrived.... either fire the ass hole or not, but Howard, don't spend 30 minutes telling us how you wish you had the balls to fire him and insist that was anything resembling real). Any more, usually the only one who is fighting any more is Ronny (who doesn't do anything but shout down whoever he is disagreeing with).
Getting rid of all of the comedians (i.e., comedians that come on as contributors like Gilbert, DiPaolo, Bob Levy, etc. - as opposed to those that are on to do a 1.5 hour "This is your life" interview) doesn't help either
Instead, it is essentially double Robin's news (1st half of show, Howard brings up certain current events and comments on them and 2nd half of show, Robin reads the 3-day old "news" and Howard comments) and greater emphasis on long-ass 1 1/2 hour "celebrity" interviews. Of course, heavier reliance on canned, scripted bits isn't helping either.
Let's face it. It is, largely, a show of two out of touch 60-year olds commenting on shit they neither understand nor have the energy (or in Robin's case, talent) to make funny.

The year I canceled my subscription to Sirius.
Somehow worse than 2015.
