    Billionaire Ray Dolby invented the Dolby NR system. He was 80 years and he blinded me with science.

    Kids these days are spoiled with high bit rate, CD-quality mp3s. Back in the day of cassette tapes Dolby B made a huge difference...unless your ears were so shot they didn't hear the hiss without it.

    R.I.P. non-Thomas Dolby, although back in the day I don't know one person who pushed that dumb "Dolby" button on their cassette player unless they liked muffled sound with no high end.
