I bought a new pair of boot for work just before New Year's and was very happy with them. For a few weeks they were a bit snug but broke in nicely and felt great until a few weeks ago. All of a sudden it felt like some waves developed by the balls of my feet. I tried some pricey gel insoles but my feet were still killing me. Oftentimes I'm on my feet for 14-16 hours so I was hurting. So today I took them into the store. I know they have a 30 day "comfort return" policy but the rest of the warranty is primarily for the waterproof aspect and problems with construction. I figured they'd weasel out of the warranty and say it was "normal" but I figured I'd see if they would recommend an insole or something. To my shock they checked them over and said that if I wasn't happy they weren't happy and agreed that something was "off" with structure of the boot. They told me they'd replace 'em with the same boot style or I could pick whatever I wanted with 100% credit. I picked out a different set more like a hiking boot rather than a work boot. They seem much more comfortable. Made in USA, local owned franchise and takes care of their customers. They earned my loyalty for sure. No pics due to WGAS/WGAF!
