The Gilbert edition. Mangria him up.
Fuck. Fuckin. Yeah!!!!!!!!!
Shit i just heard Artie is not gonna be in tonight
DA FUCK?!?@??! seriously rod?
Yup and it looks to be true
We already have a 12/19 thread. We need to merge
Fuck. We can't have Gilbert without Artie.
oh. shit. sherlock.
WTF is going on with this guy??? It's a waste of a Gilbert appearance if Artie's not there. Brent Stover and Gilbert Gottfried isn't exactly Kimmel and Carolla.
dude nick sounds so awkward. like he's worried.
Yea I'm sure Nick and Gilbert will have some good chemistry but Artie was def needed for a Gilbert appearance
plus side, without artie there, maybe gilbert will be heavily doing his artie impression? just trying to find a silver lining. would love to hear him make fun of bocchetti too.
He sounded the same anytime his sickness was brought up in the last two shows he missed
Lol the singer named Kelly is a guy?
you know... if he IS back on the stuff, you figure maybe he'd try to make it in anyway? cause he knows everyone will expect things.... and he always says he could perform fine. it's the withdrawals that's the problem. i would think you can get a steady supply in the evening better than staying high at 6am, but that's just me.
One of the funniest things in recent Stern memory was Gilbert rehashing his DVD salesmanship from Artie over the phone.
eff this is boring.
Nothing against Brent, he's thrown into a tough situation but I wish they would save Gilbert for tomorrow or Friday now. It'll be more awkward than Mike Breen in those NBA RV commercials.
hopefully there is some magic with Gilbert in studio without Artie :/
i'm into sports, so i love sports talk shows, but it really shows how little of a sports show it really is when they bring in one of these cohosts. if i'm gonna listen to a straight show about sports, i go to NFL network, espn, dan patrick even. but when guys like Brent or Jody Mac (both of whom i think have done a good job) come in and they try to make it more straight, it just seems kind've awkward.
