A new york god has passed away
WAS THAT THE CREEPY PUBLISHER OF "sCREW" MAGAZINE?
RIP Jewy man
Didn't Elliiot Offen have something to do with Screw Magazine?
I thought he died years ago. Stern used to have him on. Goldstein's son went on to use dad's money to bankroll lawschool and become an attorney who would have nothing to do with the old man. Goldstein ended up broke, alone, and thoroughly depressed. Anyone see a career trajectory for Howard v. his kids?
Thats incredibly freaky, last night, I was talking to my friend and trying to remember who it was that owned the largest single residence in Manhattan during the 80s and I remembered it was a porn guy but not Hef, Guccione or Larry Flynt. That place was like an insane gaudy huge palace in a Manhattan building.
Stern, in the end, didn't like al. it was because al called howard out for being a phony
He owned a place in Amsterdam, too. I saw him on the streets there once. I assume he lost that abode when he went bankrupt.
When that article was published, he hadn't died yet. He is dead now.
he's been dead for a long time, i despise purveyors of nasty, angry porn.
there was nothing beautiful about his porn. it was soul killing and he was a sick little piece of shit.
I like your POV. Sort of a counterpoint to the general base, overtly sexual, rude and very male banter that passes for commentary here. That said: what made his "oevre" more offensive than hustler or vivid ? Juz wundrin
I'd like to know too. I can't imagine he was anything like Meatholes or Facial Abuse.
He was a pioneer on channel j, along with ms. byrd....
The Playboy Channel - old school 1980's Cable.
