    Their music wasn't awful but it was played in such a ridiculously heavy rotation, you couldn't help but get sick of them, almost immediately.

    Years later, I heard some acoustic versions of their music and it's sad that they really were good musicians.

    Radio made them and killed them.

    This. I'm utterly ashamed of some of the atrocious shit I listened to in the '80s that passed for music.

    So bad, I don't think I can even admit it to myself; let alone the rest of you. :jj:

    I bought "Cargo" the day it was released. I was excited about it. True story.

    I haven't listened to that album since a few months after I bought it (I was 11, I moved on), but checking the track listing, I still know all of those songs. Might have to download the fucker. I think Colin Hay killed Greg Ham because he finally snapped over giving up royalties to the "Kokkaburra" rights holder.
