I like the sprouts but beets? Super healthy. I tried to like them. I must be doing something wrong.
Some people can't stand them, used to the pickled ones I think. Brings back bad memories. Try golden beets. Awesome.
i like the way you think. gonna have to try this out this coming week and then adjust and add to the thanksgiving dinner table..
just spitballin here but... what about a multi colored roasted beet, walnut, and gorgonzola cheese medley?
Sounds great. Last year for Thanksgiving I smoked a ham. Then along with that smoked beets, carrots, and tossed them with lettuce material and walnuts was a huge hit. Simple balsamic and orange dressing.
did you peel it before or after the oven?
I've only had pickled beets, never roasted. When I have eaten them they were in a salad.
