Once Yankee stadium hit 9 bucks for a beer I knew it was over...we used to sit in the bleachers and get loaded all day for 35 bucks

People must want to get hosed

You read that right. A hot dog and a souvenir beer is $25.50. And Oakland doesn’t go by a different currency that has to be converted on Google. That’s American dollars, just like the rest of America. Now that’s almost double what those dishes cost usually at the Oracle, and if you read the food reviews on Yelp the regular season prices were barely worth the trouble … let alone what you’re paying if you were there tonight.

Considering the fans already paid close to $700 for the cheapest Game 1 seats on Ticketmaster, you would think a gouging on the price of chicken fingers wouldn’t be necessary. But I guess they felt it so. Note to Game 2 ticket holders: Eat before you get there.

If a hot dog is $6.50, the special plastic beer is $19? What a bargain.

It's 3x the cost of what it would be on the outside. Seems like business as usual for any sports arena.

And a memory that will last a lifetime... "remember that time I spend $19 on a watered down Coors light?...I'm a fag."

I think all of our old "souvenir" cups end up being bird feed scoops, litter scoops, dirt planting scoops, etc.

CANS of beer? I don't know if I've ever seen that at an event. It seems to always be something on tap.
