And now he loses his appeal

Those staffers better get their shit together because there's no way Howard will re-sign when his contract is up.
Robin clearly is dying & is trying to be a trooper and do the show till the end of the contract.
But she may not make it - & he won't replace her when she's gone - he can't even replace Artie

I don't think they'd ASK him to re-sign. I don't see him making it to the end of this contract.

get their shit together. It looks like anyone with half a brain has been aggressively marketing themselves. Gary sees what the average radio producer makes and is praying that he can make it as some kind of tv celebrity.

I don't believe this for a second. Robin has a healthy eating book coming out soon. Why would they publish her book if she were dying from her own diet? Excuse me for a moment......:shit:

no one is going to re-sign Howard!

He only have month left on his AGT contract before he is gone.
And best case scenario is that Howard is gone before his contract is up.

I want Malone to FUCK with Howard. Stop Howard from using the service elevator. Stop Howard from using Ronnie for free and so on... Tons of legal stuff that can be done...

Entercom is signing some higer level radio talent (Savage) and creating networks for them with existing stations. I could see Howie making the jump there with a substantial paycut.

Ummm didn't you read a while back? Apple was going to pay him $1billion. Sirius & NBC should think about that when paying him

Other than a Gong Show with nicer graphics, who wants to hire Stern for much of anything? Nobody wants him on late night. He's tried it and failed.

What radio wants him? He sues everyone.

Let's get real: Howard will have to go to pod-casting where he can cover up ratings or stay with satellite where he can cover up ratings. If he went to terrestrial, his ratings would come out and the numbers would be terrible.

    And he knows it.

Same here, no way he makes it three more years. He has phoned it in so much in the last two Id say he has cut his own throat in terms of signing any more high dollar deals. Its over.

He'll claim it was his decision to leave when the current contract is up, just like he always does when his employer has no interest in re-signing him. The myth about his huge loyal fanbase that made every project a success has been exposed by the AGT ratings failure and there's no other reason to hire him.

This is all one big cash grab before its all over, and the end is coming...or is it? Howard is a strategist if anything and always seems to have an out. It'll be interesting to see how "mainstream" he's willing to go. My guess is that he'll do just about anything to stay on primetime TV.

But Howard cant do that. He left terrestrial radio with over 60 million/year saliry. Even doing AGT for 15 is a huge step down.

In Howards head he is worth 100+ millions. And he will never agree to more then 2-3 days a week/104 shows a year. Its over.

I truly do hope Robin recovers. Haven't liked her in years but what she's going trough is awful. That said, if Howard doesn't re-sign it really won't matter to me.
With Podcast from people like Bil Burr, Joe Rogan and some of the sports shows I listen to,
there are a back log of HSS from January I haven't even bothered with yet.

No loss if the show goes tits up for good. :coffee:
