Any of y'all ever install the rubber tiles for gym flooring?

We are redoing our new shack and rather than tile or hardwood the "gym room" then lay mats under equipment we are planning on using recycled tire type interlocking rubber tiles installed as the flooring once I pull the current disgusting carpet/pad. About 300 sq. ft.

Any product recommendations? Current front runner based on price and reviews is......

I have a buddy that owns a rubber floor company. Business must be incredible as he lives in a million dollar house and drives a $120,000 car  I think rubber floors are ugly as fuck. he even does garages and you can customize designs like sports logos, etc.

the stuff works for my gym.......but tends to wear out after a few years with heavy use

i have that stuff in front of my washer/dryer in the garage (4 x 8 ft.)

it's a high traffic area with occasional water spillage and it shows no sign of wear after 5-6 years.

The only problem I came across was that the design on the wood floor look mats can come off if scratched, etc.

I don't have those particular mats. I have the multi-colored ones in my son's room and some wood floor-look ones in the dining room where he plays that blend in with the rest of the floor.

Just a bit under $1k for the ones from Costco. I know that the foam ones won't last or I'd love to save 50%.

Thanks for the link though. They have some nice rubber versions so I'll have to compare prices with their shipping factored in.
