I re listened to the Sal Rapping career segment from a couple of years ago. Do you think it was fake?

That he tried to rap when he was a young man? I totally believe it.

As bad as Sal's "shake, shake shake" thing is, Bubba's foray into the hip-hop scene is much worse.

That's back when "Sal the Stockbroker" was better known for his gangsta rappa persona, "Cool the Candy Wrapper" and later "G-Man"

Sal just rapped as an excuse to scream the N word over and over without getting beat up.

The only thing he wrapped was a pound of salami working at the corner deli store.

The songs sounded like they were recorded in 1990, so, real.

I also believe he told Chris Rock at a Beastie Boys, "What's a nigg*r like you doing in a place like this?"

It was at least as real as Sal's past life regression that proved he was a turtle in 1 Million B.C.

I had no idea about this douchy alterego. Fuck Sal. We couldn't have been the only people telling him he isn't funny. Over the last 40+ years there must have been PLENTY of people telling him to cut the shit out.

I'm so fucking tired of this guy.

He's funniest when he's busting on Gary -- it seemed like everything coming out of his mouth during those times was just brutal and hilarious. I haven't listened to a large block of the show in a while so I'm not sure if he's still allowed to do it or not.
