    In addition to ANY workout you are currently doing (or if you are not doing anything) from this day forward, you will post how many TOTAL kettlebell swings you did during the course of the day.

    Here is what a kettlebell looks like:

    I don't care what brand you use or even what weight you use, just post how many you did with proper form.

    Why kettlebell swings? Great cardio workout when you get into the high reps, will give you a great looking butt for the summer, and works your posterior chain by opening up your hips.

    I am using a 32kg (72lb) I would advise anyone not in shape to start around 20-25 lbs, and anybody in very good shape/strength to use at least a 24kg (53 lbs) If you don't have or can't afford a KB, then you can use a dumbbell or google making a homemade kettlebell.

    The great thing about this is that it doesn't have to replace anything. Do it in addition and reap the benefits!

    I will post my total by 9 pm EST every night.

    Not done yet today.

    You don't have to do them all in one stretch. You can spread them out over the course of the day.

    Cool brah! I remember you getting one. Start with 10, 20 or 50 a day and then move up at your pace.

    Quite possible. I don't have a KB, but this might give me a reason to pick one up. Always open to trying something new. :dontknow:

    Yeah. It's a Cap 20#. It is amazing what you can do without having a bench and an entire set of free weights taking up space. :yes:

    Agreed. There are so many exercises with a KB

    I just tried 20 reps of each of the 3 versions.
    The last one, where you bring the kettlebell behind and swing it up to about shoulder height, gets the heart rate up.
    10# was a little light, but I could feel the muscles involved.
