I'm marinading my egg in St Augustine red wine sea salt vinegar as we speak. And I'm using Farquois de Rothschild Andes Mountain goat cheese pita bread. Just a little something I can whip up <<<snap fingers>>>> like THAT!

I got to spend the day at a bike show. I don't know how I got talked into it. I hate putting stuff in shows and then sitting around all day.
