Red Creek Aide had inappropriate dealings with a minor Cayuga County Sheriff David Gould reports that on April 6th investigators were contacted by Red Creek Superintendent David Sholes, who reported that a part-time, substitute teacher’s aide was allegedly engaging in inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old male student. The aide, who was employed by the school district was investigated to determine whether the claims had merit. Upon completion of the investigation, 22-year-old Nicole Green of Oswego was arrested for disseminating indecent materials to minors. She was arrested on April 6th and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail. Investigators say that Green exchanged inappropriate electronic communications with a student over a period of days. Those communications were received by the student in Cayuga County. At this time, investigators say that Green has not been released. The charge she faces is a felony, and an investigation into other crimes involving sexual contact with this student occurred at a location in Wayne County. That portion of the investigation has been turned over to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office for further investigation. There is no information which indicates that any criminal conduct occurred on the premises of Red Creek School District, according to investigators.
