This one almost made my head spin around. Since Obama's stem cell research didn't cure type one diabetes yet it's bullshit?? First of all, George Stoopid Bush banned federally funded research because God told him to and the US was set leaps and bounds behind the rest of the scientific WORLD in conducting this type of research. We looked like scientific retards. We have been BEHIND for EIGHT YEARS. EIGHT YEARS of people suffering who may have otherwise seen better days. And Obama is supposed to cure people of diabetes. DePace is an insufferable blowhard.

What do you expect from a right wing lunatic who would rather see his children die then be saved by free health care?

I love to think Depace is back there with his blood boiling whenever Howard and crew go on a liberal rant.

Depace is so short sighted. He doesn't have the ability to understand that sometimes it takes sacrifice for advancement. Unfortunately that's a very common attitude.

I wonder if Scot's wife is a raving right wing loon at the Daily Show. It would be funny if they both have opposite views of their co workers.

I bet he pushes the buttons to change cameras extra hard when that happens. DePace should just keep his mouth shut. He has good intentions but he fails miserably when he tries to explain his way of thinking.

The Republican party would do well to abduct Scott and give him a set of concrete shoes to wear in the Hudson. He could be a mole for the Democrat party with some of the stuff he says.

Scott's a goof, but you went a bridge too far there.
    1. There is no such thing as "free health care". You pay for it one way or another.
    2. He can afford to pay for it already and does so.
    3. Most health care delivered is not "life saving" but life enhancing.
    4. 50% of health care costs incurred are in the last year of a natural life, mostly because old people need it constantly, not children.

Your choice of emotionally laden words indicates indoctrination rather than objective study. Try reading something with a balanced analysis and more depth than what you can read off a protest sign.

Hair growth treatment works, says San Diego's Histogen

The treatment, which Histogen calls its Hair Stimulating Complex, or HSC, contains substances resembling those produced by embryonic stem cells. As with most early-stage research, a commercial product is likely years away. Histogen is looking for a partner to help bring the product to market, if it's approved.
Histogen's treatment was injected into the scalps of 56 men with androgenic alopecia, better known as male pattern baldness. It was the second clinical trial of the drug. In this trial, patients aged 40-59 showed a mean increase of 39 percent in so-called terminal hair, as opposed to fine hair called vellus hair. Hair regrowth took place across all regions of the scalp.

I'm not solely referring to stem cell research. I'm talking about any number of scientific and/or engineering related advancements.

    "I want to transform America"
    "you didn't build that"
"people need to pay their fair share"
"clinging to their religion and guns"
"we need to spread the wealth around"
"the day when there are zero nuclear weapons"
    "health care is a right"
"The muslim sound of call to prayer is one of the prettiest sound on earth." (while conducting war against muslim extremism)

He also can recite it in perfect Arabic. How many American presidents in history could do that? It doesn't make him a Muslim, but it definitely indicates a "foreign" mindset". This is unsurprising, as he never lived an "american" life in any traditional sense during his formative years. He was always either overseas or cloistered with people who either rejected it or lived in a bubble of extreme wealth.

    1. His "mentor" as a youth was a card-carrying communist, Frank Marshall Davis. Because this was obviously embarrassing, Obama referred to him only as "Frank" in his book, masking his true identity.
    2. His father who he idolized till he later found out he was a drunken bum was a anti-colonialist marxist who blamed the poverty of the 3rd world on America and Europeans.
    3. His grandparents were leftists. His mother hated the US and made several statements to that effect. She "coincidentally" married two foreign men and moved her child to Indonesia. Later, when that husband saw the benefits and became pro-capitalist, she moved Barry again to Honolulu to escape his influence.
    4. His good buddy in the years before the election was Bill Ayers, a militant anti-US terrorist bomber.
    5. His pastor for years, Rev. Wright. "God Damn America". Tons more here should you care to actually educate yourself.
    6. The man who conducted the benediction at his inauguration, Dr. Joseph Lowery. "all white people are going to hell".
    7. Quentin Young. Member of the "Democratic socialists of America". Obama's personal Dr. and friend for 20 years.
    8. Saul Mendelson, Rod Blagovich, there are too many to list.
    9. He supported Libyan "freedom fighters", against a nominally benign Muslim tyrant, with unconstitutional military force. Yet he remains aloof when it comes to a much worse regime in Syria, who JUST HAPPENS TO BE AN ALLY OF IRAN. He previously refused to openly support Iranian students and rebels against the Iranian regime, and avowed US enemy.
    10. He snubs Israel, yet has Muslim leaders meet him in the white house.
    11. His Harvard professor and mentor, Robert Unger, a BRAZILLAN socialist, was a supporter, but now calls for his defeat as he has not progressed far enough to socialism.

Nah, he loves the way things are here. I'm just indoctrinated, what do I know?

Oh, so Scott proclaimed "I am a right wing lunatic and would rather my children die than get free healthcare". ? I missed that. If you were being ironic it wasn't clear.
