Gary and Howard said not too long ago in regards to watching shows online :"If it's not good enough to get on real TV, it's not good enough to watch."

    Jerry disagrees...

In an interview with BuzzFeed business editor Peter Lauria, Jerry Seinfeld talks about the power of digital series, like his own successful Comedian in Cars Getting Coffee. He says, "Network TV seems smaller. Why would I put a show on a big heavy rectangle in your house, when I can put it in your pocket? I would much rather put it in your pocket."

Stern so desperately wants mainstream acceptance. That imbecile really believes most of what is put on CBS, ABC, and NBC is good enough to watch? The only one who has decent shows is FOX on the cable networks.

By that logic, Wiggy's birthday show isn't worth watching. If it even makes anywhere on TV.

Howard sucks but Seinfeld is an annoying cunt, too. Gilbert had it right when he used to do the whole rap about Seinfeld and his fucking comedy theories.

Even on the Coffee show with Wig, Seinfeld was all: "Actors study other people...comedians study THEMSELVES..." Give me a break with that shit, nigga. I hate people that take something lowbrow and try to elevate it through their shitty theories. Fuck you, Jerry

But the point wasn't really about TV size, the underlying message was how that content will be delivered to whatever you watch it on.

Jerry has a hard on for the internet. In the interview said it is a more important invention in terms of human interaction than anything over the last 100 years. Including cars, planes... etc.

But you can get Crackle, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon, all of which has online or non-TV original programming and watch it on that big TV of yours, if it's a smart TV or via Roku or PS3 etc.

Here's my interpretation of Seinfeld's inner monologue:

"A comedian makes the everyday person realize that they already knew...but did not know they knew. That is my job. I have analyzed the impact of the Gutenberg press, and written a thesis on that subject; I have taken advanced classes on the Industrial Revolution; I have a degree in advanced semiotics. I have so much money that the only thing left to work on is my legacy...which I am sure to solidify by cementing my connection to genius, even though Larry David was the real genius behind my show. Really, I'm just a comic with mildly clever observational skills... but I've become associated with the Greatest and Most Witty Show in Television History, so I must, must, MUST make sure my legacy continues forevermore, and be ready at all times with smart and pithy theories and rejoinders...I must."

    Fuck 'im.
