Hahaha...I ain't no country bumpkin, though
The black stripe is good for 20 horsepower
When I had my 88 GT, I had it painted in the Hertz colors. The gold stripes may not have added horsepower, but damn did that car look amazing.
Note the nice hot air intake.
Might have added a few. Didn't dyno it did ya?
My worthless neighbor has a Saleen and he thinks he has the worlds biggest cock. This video is TOTALLY him.
Quickest car in the trailer park
Check out his other videos, too. He's a funny dude.
...mercedes had a 5.0 in a sedan in the mid 90s. the 500e still commands 20k even tho its 20 years old.
What they should say
I paid way too much for an uncomfortable car that looks like shit with the convertible top up and only has room in the back seat for midgets.
And for the rebuttal:
I have a civic
That's because they have a very gangster look to them and are pretty much indestructible.
I hate what Mercedes did to make their cars legal for the US market during that time. Those big-ass bumpers ruin the design.
...the w124 (86-95)chassis was the last of the cars built by engineers. starting in 96 accountants started in trying to save money.
She wasn't much special in terms of HP. Had Ford Racing heads and intake, Cobra conversion rear disc brakes and lift bars. Never dynoed it, best I ever did on the 1/4 was low 13s, but I was young and a terrible driver.
How much time do you spend in your backseat? That's someone else's problem.
A friend of mine has been driving a W116 from the early 70s with the V8 for years. Fucking guy drives it like he stole it, like he doesn't give a fuck about it. It has over 200k on it and it runs like new. He told me all he has to do is basic maintenance, never any real problems.
