I see a potential lawsuit. Her song is definitely being ripped off here, only no one can do it better and sexier than sweet Emily. ARM, what do you think and have you ever accidentally (innocently) sung this song instead of Emily's on Mike Francesa's or some other show?

Seems like plagiarism to me. Sue the bitch for all she's worth. Make Papa proud!

That song she's singing is a popular French tune of that day....
Don't forget her character is from Montreal.....

I always thought he'd be a perfect Superman. Maybe they don't wanna use him because his giant package would be a nightmare in tights?

I thought that show was pretty great for a number of seasons. A really good, well balanced, almost complex show. I can't remember when, but it started getting bad and I currently am on the next to current season and am finding it basically unwatchable. Some shows just go on too long. But hey, you still might enjoy it. :)

Agreed that it used to be more complex and love the show for that reason but hadn't realized that it is now less so until you mentioned it...but I think you're right....still can't get enough of it though

Thank you sir! I'm amazed how well done this show is on a basic cable budget, and they can only get away with so much because it's not premium.

Draper has a bevy of self indulgent character flaws but somehow Hamm's innate charisma make him just about the only likable character on the show. I mean that in a good way.

You gotta read this book "Difficult Men" about all the heavy drama show-runners. MM's Matt Weiner and "Sopranos" David Chase are total meglomaniacal dickbags. Conversly Breaking BAads Vince Gilligan is the coolest SOB in the biz.

I remember at one point Weiner was running around the writers room in Rocky's mAandals kicking people in the ass if they didn't know historical 60's facts.

Cool, The Shield is one I'd have never thought of, might check that one out next. I'm running out of stuff and am halfway through Breaking Bad for my 4th time. Will be the first time I watch it from beginning to end after it was all aired, though. I'm interested to see if I feel any differently about the finale.

I'm hoping for the redemption of Don Draper.....It seems to me Roger Sterling is the only one to grasp that without Don...None of them....That cunt Joan included, Would be where they are without him.....How sweet was the Old Mans passing?
And his little song and dance at the end? One word....."Bravo"
