    pasta should be a side dish if you must have it. anything that dilutes the scampi is unnecessary for me.

    I've made shrimp scampi six ways to Sunday but this is a new twist for me. Will definitely try cuz why not? Worst thing that can happen is you eat half assed shrimp scampi which is never a bad thing.
