Isn't that the kind of behavior that the Germans hated in the 1920's? Maybe Scott is onto something.

That's the point. Scott is/was a partner. He didn't work for Shuli.

They're all spoiled and lucky to get a money grab while they still can...Sure Shuli is the "headliner" but I doubt that is the reason why people buy tickets...they want to meet people from the show...I understand that its a bit for the radio but all of those cheap fucks need to be thankful that people show up for their shitty show and leave it at that.

That would be fair if an objective person was paying everybody. I know Shuli set it up, but he should be completely open with everybody or hand the money situation over to somebody else. Scott is horrible with arguing his point but he's basically saying I've got 30 years with this show and you got a lucky break.

OK, you're right about that the fact that Shuli should let Scott in on what the finances are...that would be fair...and I'm sure people want to meet Scott the Engineer but his passive-aggressive behavior would drive anyone nuts...my point is that they should just shut up and make a few grand over the weekend and enjoy themselves while they still can...It sounds like a trainwreck situation with Shuli in charge and personally I'd rather drunkenly meet Scott over Shuli....In Scott's defense I wouldn't want to have a fuck like Shuli telling me what's what.

That really pissed me off. It just shows what a rotten fuck he really is deep down. And as mentally disturbed as he is, he totally contradicts himself in his analogy. And of course this is all coming on the heels of the lawsuit - with almost everyone in the media telling him what? Be happy being rich, you don't need it and you're only hurting yourself by asking for more. And what did Howard say (and goof on Jackie in "the jackie voice" of saying?) "It's the PRINCIPLE!, it's about WHAT PEOPLE OWE ME!" But to hear him compare Jackie on the show to Scott the Engineer on the "block party tour" just made me ill - for him to blame Jackie for doing something he does more than anyone (demand more money/credit/attention), all on the guise that it's really "about the team" and he should "be happy with what he's got", then justify his own pathological selfishness by implying Jackie's a "charity case" - when deep down he's actually praying Jackie won't leave because he knows how important he is to the show. Howard's a vomit.

I think one of the reasons Howard is such an asshole to Jackie is because he made him feel vulnerable for once. Howard, having narcissistic personality disorder, always has to have the upper hand. His whole deal is getting enjoyment from controlling everything while making everyone around him feel weak. And Howard can't stand that he needed someone else - that someone else was responsible for something he wanted to take all the credit for, and had the power to take it away. An even playing field, of give and take, is Howard's worst nightmare. That's why even in his most intimate relationships he sets it up where there's an "ownership situation" - he doesn't have to risk anything, and he gets a pretend friendship in exchange for filling some sort of essential need of the other person. That price is that once that need is gone, the relationship is over, which means he'll eventually die alone just like the guy from "There Will Be Blood". He even has the bowling alley - maybe he and Beth can chase each other smacking each other with bowling pins. :slap:

I saw Shuli appear live in San Francisco years ago with Artie. He's a no talent hack. His jokes weren't funny and his impressions (Elliot Offen yelling "riiiight?") were probably worse. He sucks.

There he is next to Artie.

Thought I'd add this pic too. That's him behind Artie Lange.

And is it just me or does Artie look like a fat Elvis doing karate?
