Remember when SXM had B-day bash promotions and how they were saying they were going to give out FREE tickets to fans? Remember Howard telling fans and callers to enter sweepstakes online and how they have lots of tickets to give out?

Guess what… there was only a SINGLE WINNER! I presume he/she won at most two tickets.

    What a fucking scam.

Here's the guy that uncovered this scam:

Interesting. Companies that have sweepstakes have to supply the list of the winners to anyone that requests under the law. Two lousy tickets awarded. What a joke.

Was the grand prize different than just the show access? Was there a bigger prize (like red carpet?)
Because I remember a few people saying they got tix through the website raffle

The Birthday Bash was a scam. Didn't Louis CK tell O&A he was being paid for it?

EXACTLY! And since they provided a single name, and called the person "Grand Prize Winner", that means there's no other winners.

    A single fucking winner!!!

Howard must have urged his listeners hundreds of times to enter because "there's lot of tickets". "Lots" meaning a single winner who got two tickets.

    Fucking SXM!

One of my friends just showed up there, no ticket, and they gave him one.
Another of my friends went - her boss bought her a ticket on ebay - I guess this was a person who won by calling in? - and she said there was an entire row of empty seats where she was sitting.
I swear to god, I should have known, and I could kick myself for even attempting those idiotic contests they were running on IG and Twitter.
Please, you're all allowed to make fun of me. I deserve it.

Well, they were going to provide the full list of winners, but Sirius Human Resources was updating the company roster list at the time they got the request for list of winners and it wasn't available.

Any word on the winner of a date with The Beth?

Judging from all the pics, it sure looked like she was unescorted.

Right, the winner of that ebay auction appeared nowhere! He was promised red carpet appearance with Beth and was promised backstage access but in none of the pics was that person ever spotted.

My guess.. this was just another Fuckwald PR ploy.

If someone wanted to stir the shit, this would be a good issue to press.

Although, it might not be a crime if no money actually changed hands.
