    I can't really complain.. I call in every 5 months and they renew my $5 a month plan that includes everything....

    Since cancelling our last subscription in the truck a couple of months back, they send us emails to come back at a really good rate. When I call to order, they have all our information from our phone number, but want it all over and over on the phone. I find that unnecessary and insulting and end up giving up before the order goes through and do not re-order. They are their own worst enemies.

    That's crazy! I call in and enter my radio ID and press whatever number it is to cancel and immediately get to a human. I just tell them I wanna cancel because I can't afford it and they offer me the $5 deal every time and don't ask me to re-enter or verify anything... Sounds like I got lucky....

    Let me add that the one thing they absolutely have refused to budge on is the Internet streaming. No deal on that at all...

    Seems I can't PM you. I filed a complaint just to piss them off for all the times I called to cancel and they dropped the call after 45 minutes, or their failure to send a bill after they renew at monthly prices, knowing full well we paid for yearly, and then sent it to collections as unpaid, but magically let it go if I called in to complain that I never received a bill. They are scumbags, but I can't get the wife to use her phone like I do for anything I want to hear. We have unlimited data and the connection around here is flawless so streaming is the way to go.
