    Look at you..

First where and why would you find something like that...

Secondly, the company wants a nice location and I guess it can afford it and that pisses you off?

    Your avatar says its all..

You are a racist and your post is a hate crime against whites..

You are racist against white people from Texas....

I feel you should be arrested or sent to a gulag at the very least...

I am sure its cheaper to stay and renew than move everything to a new location. They sunk a ton of dough into that building.

    ps. Nice Av!

Liberty Media owns 40% of Sirius and they have recently asked the FCC for approval to take over the company so maybe they had more say in this than Mel?

    Bottom Paragraph:
A key figure in the dispute is radio veteran Mel Karmazin, who has run Sirius since 2004. His employment contract expires at the end of 2012. Mr. Karmazin has made it clear he doesn't want to have a boss.

Yeah but I worked for a company that got hit with financial trouble during 2008 and 2009, and they were actively searching for a smaller, cheaper location. Another company bought them though, and we all got canned. If Sirius re-upped their lease they must be doing OK in some respect.

They moved XM shows there and closed down the XM NYC location, so they are really only paying about half now.
