But that's ok, I'll get a ticket for that show. Weird, they are playing this one show in between two European tours. :dontknow:

I'd rather drive a nail through my kneecap than sit through any one of those shows.

Yeah, well I'm seeing Guns N' Roses on July 20th, with "special guest" Lenny Kravitz.

Oh, and most of the naysayers have clammed up about Axl helping AC/DC finish the European part of their tour. He's been killing it.

While the Butthole Surfers are an extremely epic band that I have personally seen about 5 times, including opening for Nirvana, no. I'm referring to Slayer. The G.O.A.T. :grad:

This is as good as it's going to get, and no fixed seats to rip out.

I love Slayer, they were just here and I missed em. Never seen them live for whatever reason which blows because Hanneman is dead now and while Bostaph certainly kills behind the drums, Lombardo will always be "Slayer's drummer." They seemed to have fucked him over though.

The hilarious thing is an old grey hair like you will be there headbanging to Slayer. All the 80's metal is now the music of old people the way that Perry Como was old people music for my parents and do-wop was old people music for me. There should be a forced retirement age for metal bands. It's really music of youth, not people who need to pop ibuprofen to go bowling.
