Turkey celery carrots onions noodles and assorted other stuff.
My wife loves that. I prefer just turkey & noodles, no soup. Just turkey with those thick frozen noodles you can buy. Cook the noodles in chicken broth, leave just enough broth to make it wet and add turkey. Simple, cheap and healthy.
Are you going to post some pics of the turkey soup?
Wasn't planning to.
I don't blame you if you don't. People would probably just pick it to death.
Oh I'm no stranger to the picture cooking thread. But it just looks like soup. Not very visually earth shattering. The stuffing muffins are more interesting.
Turkey noodle soup is the king of leftovers. It's better than the original meal.
I agree 100 percent . Soups in general are some of my favorite foods.
I also feel good about myself for even using the boiled bones of the turkey that gave its life for us
Turkey carcasses pile up at Mike Dukakis’ house after the former Massachusetts governor solicited them for soup in Boston Globe story
Throwing it away IS a sin.
I don't cook or go to church, so I'll take your word for it.
I still have a 10lb turkey and all the trimmings in the fridge never touched, table is set but the smell of thanksgiving never got a chance to waft through the house.
Don't be getting all noble on us. That turkey's only reason for existence was for food. It wouldn't have had a life if people didn't eat turkey. I don't think it reaches the level of sin to not boil the bones.
^^^ grew up on welfare
Negative. I always had brand new JC penney jeans at the start of school.
