Friend of mine has been talking about it for a while and finally convinced me to try it....

You need to own a business to shop there, so o registered under my c corporation.

The place is like a run-down bjs/Costco. Very much a warehouse environment and usually in industrial parks.

    HOLY FUCK BALLS, tho.

You can buy a whole shitload of stuff here. All the apps, soups and a lot of pre-packaged mains that you see at any boxed restaurant chain are there. Chilis/Friday's used to have Bavarian pretzel apps with cheese. Yeah. $15 for 36 pretzel sticks and $10 for the beer cheese to go with them.

Box of frozen Parisian bread (36 loaves): $10.

The quality is also amazing balls: usda choice, select or prime on all cuts of meat. You have to either buy the primal cut or boxes of portioned cuts.

They even had whole goat. They were wrapped in these full body socks and on a palette.

Most things you need to buy are sold by the case only, cans are #10 cans (1 gallon), but certain items you can buy
Have promotional items with them (tobasco comes with a Super Bowl holder)

The small wares are amazing. Picked up a pizza screen for $2, cast iron fajita trays for $10 (with the wood), a 36-cup muffin pan for $10 and a great omelette pan for $10.

Love this place, but impulse buys set you back. Most items are $10-20, but can range up to the stratosphere. I had picked up a box from the fish market, and put it back once I realized it was sushi-grade tuna loin (chutorro) and was $400...

I did score super colossal shrimp tho. Peeled & deveined, 4-6 per pound (they're fucking HUGE) ran only $5/lb. these are $20-25 / lb in the stores if you can find them.

    Highly recommend. Great place

Depending on where you are or how long youve been in the biz, some people might know it as Jetro (they merged).

But thats where restaurant owners shop. You couldnt make any money if you didnt.

They have good stuff but for some of the higher end foods, you have to go to a supplier.
