And it turns out, I'm healthy.
I eat well.
I sleep well.
I get great exercise.
Dropping hammers is a rigorous workout.
Turns out that I walk on average 70 miles a week.

I had Smashburger for dinner tonight.
Last night I had lasagna and a salad.
Weed is making you a fat fuck.
Just kind of curious about it.
This year was quitting cigarettes, but now I have a fat chin and gut, so I want to get rid of it.
I have been kind of surprised by where my calorie intakes take place.
All about moderation.
I eat anything I want, just not a lot of it.
No, I think it was the Iced Venti Mochas and the Shrimp Scampi dinners.
Yeah, I think that is it.
And getting enough exercise to burn off what you've eaten, so that you get a proper balance. I'm glad I am not tied to a desk at work. Like Chriza.
Keep it up, you will feel better.
I keep track of my calories, rough estimate, on my phone. Makes you think about what you eat.
Or....eat all you want and lots of it and work out daily
I have the app that Richard Christy used to get anorexic. It works. Lose it!
Unless you are an Olympic swimmer, that does not work very well.
For me it does not and I am walking, climbing, lifting and pulling on stuff all day.
