So I was cleaning out some old files and came across this letter I thought was worth saving.

    Just because of the utter douchiness and the PS: that refers to me (the service manager) and how I handled it when this asshole got his personal assistant to call me. The letter was sent to my boss after the conversation I had with the assistant.

    The handwritten note is from the office manager to the president of the company because I guess the president gave it to him to smooth over.

    One thing I'll say about the company I worked for, they always had my back.

    I remember the conversation I had with the assistant to this day. First I was al like, "it's not the Julio just decided to park the truck in your driveway, you called us there." And I followed that up with, "what if Julio was stopped at the deli and inside getting coffee and then your boss backed into his van, would we still be responsible for the damage?" You could tell the guy was embarrassed making the call but he had to do what Mr. S500 told him to do.

    The company backed me up so much, not only did they lose the guys business, but when one of the contractors we did a lot of work for was doing a big reno in the guy's house they refused to do that job for the contractor.
