Now we're to late July, August Couple weeks it'll be fall. It ain't happening, is it?
Have you ever dealt with construction projects and permitting departments?
It is funny that they first said April, then beginning of July, now August? And you think that they would be giving us construction updates, but they haven't even mentioned stopping by and checking the progress. A few construction photos would make for some good Artie queets.
If they say it'll happen, it'll happen. Everything else has come to pass. They're not talking about re-making Porky's or Rock 'n' Roll High School.
I don't really understand why anyone needs to build out brand new space for a 2/3 man show (so much existing space lies empty), but good luck to 'em. Just keep letting Artie riff is all I care about. Let him do it from home. On second thought, that would be a bad, bad idea.
Actually, the loft sounds like a great idea--they may get to do a cooking show with Artie's mom and Nick's wife, which I think would be funny as hell if the boys are allowed to riff (and eat).
They are building a TV studio
Yes, but again, I've heard there is tons of unused studio space (especially in NY); all they really need is decoration. But yeah, any kind of construction involves several pushed deadlines.
I guess a project like that always has delays. When ever it happens I can't wait to see the results.
It's gonna happen, can't fuckin wait
You gotta grease the building inspectors.
They're not "building out" a new space. They're simply renovating and existing one. Oh and FYI, there's not too much empty space in NYC.
