I've listened to grateful dead for the last 5 hours, and am not a bit tired of it
i've been on a wilco listening kick all night. fucking love it.
Listening to GDTRFB from 1980 as I type
When I'm in work meetings, I often work on my top ten favorite list.... Wilco is always, ALWAYS on it.
Interesting fact. I'm from the wilco ( will county, Illinois) they are named
I'll be staying at a hotel across the river from Marina Towers tomorrow night
super cool on both counts.
always loved those towers. one of my favorite parts of the city.
A couple years ago, my then girlfriend of about 4 years, up and left, claiming I wasn't the type of adult she could see herself being with. After she cleared her stuff out, I threw on my shuffle, and that was the first time that came on. Jerry told me everything would be okay
Yeah, so much to do in River North
I'll post pics tomorrow night from my hotel. They have cool window seats
BOC here...kicking out the Jams.
Going to see NRPS a week from Sunday, and then Ratdog on the 16th...getting my jam on.
Oh, and DSO on August 8.
Bobby sends ratdog song links on twitter. He's firing on all cylinders right now. Have fun
I actually prefer dso over furthur. I read an article where they have played more shows than GD
The woman next to me at the bar was wiping tears away, so I gave her my headphones and am making her listen to birdsong. She doesn't seem too hip to it, but seemingly appreciates it
Tell me all that you know...
This thread made me put on a whole show
La la la la.
Jesus, to hear a show from 73 with this quality back in the tape days was only a dream. Soundboards sounded like shit compared to the majority of what you can access with the click of a mouse today.
...on the wind...
Oddly enough the PH are
Playing charlotte tonight and putting on heat.
goes to show you don't ever know
watch each card you play and play it slow
How were your shows
Where were you at?
