I lost power lines to my house. And judging by the amount of outages, I'll probably be in the dark for a week.

Should have shown a bottle of imported Budweiser so everyone can have a good laugh at what passes for imported there.

It's mental how the years go by isn't it. I am now a grown up (kinda) out of college with an actual job! Life is really good man. Nice to speak to you again.

You're from the UK right? Newcastle if you're the old"newcastlefan" I know for another place. Have you ever seen bud on tap anywhere in the uk? I have seen it in Dublin but never in the uk. I did however see Sam Adams on tap in an American Rib place in London which made me quite happy. Could only buy 3/4 of a pint though!

Yes sir, if boggles the mind...hope you're around more...this place is great.

And, it is sad that our mass produced shit beers have invaded your island; like a cheap parasite.

It's definitely the American radio influence doughhead. It's going on ten years now since I got me my first MP3 player and started downloading US radio shows. Wether it be Howard, O&A, Ron and Fez or countless others. I've definitely been marketed to! Since April I have lost about 6 stone which is about 85 pounds. I usually drink vodka if I'm having drinks but from time to time when I have a beer I go for a muller/ Bud light. We don't actually have any uk/ European brand light beers that I can think of.

Definitely a victim of radio marketing stemming back from getting my first MP3 player and downloading the stern show.

Well i live pretty close to an Asda supermarket. Asda is owned by walmart and they definitely have an influence. They stock things like Hersheys chocolate and Reeces peanut butter cups which I have never seen before until recently and only heard about through the Stern Show and others. Infact the other day I saw that ASDA sold marshmallow fluff which I had only ever seenor heard of from the Sopranos when Christopher Moltisantis mother made him a "fluffer-nutter?..."
