These are all reviews from people who worked at Sirius.

    A couple of example reviews:

Pros – Decent salary and benefits. Better than being unemployed. Looks good on a resume.

Cons – Expected to be on call 24/7. Zero work life balance. Some senior level management people don't have a clue how to manage people. Not a good team atmosphere. Too many groups that don't work well together. Many times it seems like they actually TRY to annoy customers. Customer satisfaction is a foreign concept when it comes to decision making.

    -----------------------------------
Pros – There are some amazing people that are all tremendous and hard-workers. They are the reasons I come to work everyday.

Cons – Upper management thrives off of working on fear. There's always the fear that you will get fired from your job. Senior management continues to promote those already up at the top and ignores those that are at the "bottom". This perpetuates the gap between the rich and poor much like our society today.

Sirius is really bad. yes, companies fuck with their employees but there are many companies that have good customer service.

So true. Nothing is worse than having to call their customer service.

The whole place is a mess. Out of date promos, can't time breaks properly, audio levels aren't constant, telephones and mics crap out, ISDN lines that sound like crap.

I've heard college stations that sound more professional than SiriusXM.

Not meaning to ridicule them but "welcome to the corporate entertainment industry". This is why that industry absolutely has to have unions. It's a white slavery industry as is; without the unions the employees would have to pay to work there.
