Hillary is done - and it's his turn.

A former U.S. attorney thinks Hillary Clinton could face a criminal indictment from the FBI within the next 60 days.

Joe DiGenova, a Republican U.S. attorney appointed by President Reagan, said Clinton's "biggest problem right now" is the open FBI investigation into the contents of her private emails.

"They have reached a critical mass in their investigation of the secretary and all of her senior staff," DiGenova said Tuesday on the "Laura Ingraham Show" radio program. "And, it's going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next 60 days."

FBI Director James Comey has refused to answer questions about when his agents will wrap up a months-long probe into whether Clinton and her staff mishandled classified information on an unsecured network.

A Republican former U.S. attorney believes Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton could be facing imminent indictment over her email scandal, possibly roiling the Iowa caucuses or the New Hampshire primary in February.

Joe DiGenova, a one-time federal prosecutor originally appointed by President Reagan, told conservative radio host Laura Ingraham Tuesday that the FBI's still-pending investigation of Clinton's email server seems to have reached 'a critical mass.'

Congressional Republicans last spring discovered that Clinton used a private, home-based email server in her New York home while she was secretary of state from 2009 to 2013. The scandal has dogged her presidential campaign for almost the entire past year.

The FBI has been probing whether any classified intelligence was compromised through Clinton's unusual email setup, but she has steadfastly denied any wrongdoing and has yet to be charged with any crime.

DiGenova said that may be about to change.

You could roll seventeen dump trucks of evidence up to the doors of most liberals and they'd still believe Hillary over you.

I'm not reading too much into this. A republican attorney with no connection to the current case appearing on a conservative talk show making a claim. This is throwing red meat to conservatives, nothing more.

I don't doubt hat the FBI investigation is ongoing, but Obama is running the executive and the justice department. They'll sell this as a witch hunt and he'll issue a pardon. Then what? The libs will still vote for her because she can do no wrong
